"HB mattress firm at the sea cliff center helped my girlfriend and I explore several different mattress options and provided us with a simplified and informed decision making process. Even after we decided to take some time to think over our options, Jacob, our salesperson was very cool and patient with us. He didn’t apply any excessive pressure to make a purchase…which kept us feeling comfortable to do business with mattress firm. Sales pressure usually such a deterrent when shopping in a competitive market. Think car salesmen. Thanks to Jacob and his co worker Clayton for being cool and informative. They made us feel good about our purchase and again, zero cringe in the showroom so I feel good about going back, asking questions in the future…and most likely buying bedding accessories when our mattress arrives.
