"The staff is wonderful and not too pushy. The show room is absolutely gorgeous. I am rubbed the wrong way by “Marina Nasibyan’s” review. She seems to be upset about not actually having things go her way versus the stores ACTUAL policy. The company does have a contract stating clearly that all orders are hand made in Italy, and shipped from Italy. With this being said it is COMPLETELY KNOWN UP FRONT, that there are no returns and the time is around 18 weeks. This isn’t just a pair of jeans you can return to the store, this is HAND MADE Genuine quality pieces that are shipped through the Panama Canal. If you are looking for real Italian furniture, you will not find a better quality than Natuzzi Italia. If you would like mid, please go to Scandinavian designs where the price point is great, but the quality is nothing compared to Natuzzi Italia."

Charged them $8600 upfront for something they won’t be able to get for the next 6 months. My parents wanted to cancel their order and they are refusing to refund their money. The sales rep didn’t not explain or have my parents sign any contracts. Now we gonna have to take them to court to fight for the refund. Ridiculous!!! If you looking for a good Italian furniture, decent priced, great quality and good customer service go to Scandinavian Design furniture store on Miramar Road."
