He was super knowledgeable about not just mattresses but pillows, toppers, box springs, sheets, temperature, pretty much anything regarding getting better sleep. "It was my wife and I's first time getting a mattress after 20 years. We came here because we didn't have an idea of where to start and we were helped by Mike who was extremely patient, knowledgeable, not pushy, and went above and beyond to help us find what we would want. There was a specific bed that we wanted to try, but it wasn't on the show floor so Mike recommended us to try it at the store by Metro Pointe. Later that night, we had more questions so we came back and got helped by Kevin. Kevin was also just as patient and willing to answer questions without pressuring us. Due to their outstanding service and willingness to help, we decided to purchase a mattress from this store.
