I went into the Santee West store knowing I wanted to buy an adjustable base and mattress, but not really knowing what was available, and what would work with my existing bedroom furniture. Janet was extremely knowledgeable. She asked the right questions to identify the best mattress that would work for me. I tried both the mattresses she recommended, and both were very comfortable. She also helped me choose a base that has only the features I need, and should fit within my existing bed frame. She spent a great deal of time talking with me to understand what I needed and what would fit in my budget. It was like talking with a friend. She allowed me to choose a delivery date that fit in my schedule, and clearly explained the delivery and set-up process. Janet was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
