"We ordered the Rattan Grande set. love the furniture!!! the coffee table was a little slanted but they gave me some tips on how to fix it which worked. i could use some tips on how to clean the white cushions. the quality of the furniture is excellent, holds up well in cold inclement weather, very durable, stylish. and we really like the flexibility of the pieces that allow for multiple configurations on our constantly changing patio. I ordered at the end of season and they had some trouble confirming what was actually in-stock vs. out-of-stock and confirming timeliness of delivery. But they were very accommodating with customer service, although they were not exactly quickly responsive. The quality of the products and the accommodating customer service would absolutely have me ordering more furniture from them in the future !"
