"DO NOT PURCHASE A MATTRESS FROM HERE ... WE BOUGHT THE MEDIUM SOFT ONE AND AFTER 2 MONTHS THE MATTRESS IS SAGGING IN THE MIDDLE AND CAUSING US BACK PAIN AND ISSUES SLEEPING. I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO APPLY FOR A WARRANTY BUT THEY ARE NOT COOPERATING DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE SAGGING IS ONLY 1 INCH IN LENGTH. THEIR POLICY ONLY COVERS IF THE SAGGING IS 1.5 INCHES. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE MATTRESS AND THIS COMPANY IS NOT DOING ANYTHING TO HELP US OUT OR RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. I DO NOT MIND SENDING THIS MATTRESS BACK FOR A PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND. MATTRESS IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION. MY PARTNER AND I WEIGH 250 POUNDS TOGETHER AND THIS MATTRRESS STARTED SAGGING 2 MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!"
