"VERY DISAPPOINTED - I received a template response from a representative at their CX office, I have called to get assistance and have been ignored. The business practice or sales techniques of a specific employee should be addressed, they need to be retrained in giving full disclosure to ALL customers. This is worth a BBB report and I will be looking into other avenues to resolve this issue. My advice to shoppers is research reviews before your purchase, don’t stop at one, you will discover, if you dig deeper, there are many consumers who fall prey to the tactics they use. It is SHAMEFUL, SAD, AND A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT. SHAME ON YOU SLEEP NUMBER! First off, be Careful who you do business with, just because they have been in business for a while does not mean they have integrity. Myself, my sister and her husband went to this store, excited about getting a good quality bed. This bed is quite an expensive bed, like buying a vehicle expensive. We met and were assisted by Kevin M., he was great, seemed very earnest and thorough, when going over the bed amenities and policy, one of the most important thing I was interested in was the return policy. Kevin reassured me, and my family, that there would be be no issue returning the bed if it did not work out. all I would have to pay is the fee of $299. for the truck. No problem for me. he also informed us that we have 100 days to return the bed. Well, all that being said, the bed was not a good fit. My lower back and right hip are in pain, so much so that it is difficult to do much of my regular daily tasks. I called to set up a return, and was told that the base (just the base) for this flex bed cost nearly $3K, is a final sale. That they will take the used mattress back but not the base. WHAT THE WHAT! What good is this base to me, they could resell the base, but they actually force the consumer to keep the heavy base and they will take a used Mattress. I was, several times, informed my the Sales clerk Kevin, that I would have no problem returning this bed. I guess this is what they mean when they say people take advantage of the elderly, I feel deceived and that I have been taken advantage of, this is not right, and something should be done. If this is a business practice, to deceive and not disclose important information, SHAME ON YOU SLEEP NUMBER! SHAME ON YOU KEVIN M. At the Whittier, CA, sleep number store."

"Everyone listen up...THINK BEFORE YOU PURCHASE! I didnt n wished i did. You probably already have in your mindset the miricle youve been waiting for but i promise you'll be disappointed First of all tthis ia a air mattress. The air is what holds you up and is pumped into the matress with tubes. Tubes can mold air can leak pumps can break then what also you cant tuck the sheets like hospital corners or move the bed to a different wall etc.just dont do it do your homework read reviews"

"****Do not buy a bed from sleep number*** There customer service is awful and so is there warranty. I have only had my bed for 1 1/2 years and it’s deflating. My sleep number is 45 but it deflates throughout the night to a 15. So I called customer service so they can send someone to fix. But I was told that I would have to pay for someone to come out to fix my bed even though when I purchased my $8,000 bed I was told that the 1st 2 years it’s covered 100%. I was never told it only covers parts. They are misleading the customer to make a sale and that’s not right. If I would have know this I would not have purchases a sleep number bed."

"Had a great experience here and bought the best replacement pillow. The salesman was very helpful and nice and we had great conversation. I recommend this place. I have scoliosis and back/neck problems so they helped me find the right pillow. I am now getting much better sleep."

"Awesome experience. My sister and brother in law bought their bed from here and its amazing. The staff are nice and helpful and everything is so clean. The bathroom was so clean it felt like you were at home. Definitely recommend here if your looking for a new bed."
