"Our family was blown away by the customer service experience at Great House. Corie was so helpful and patient in our couch selection process. We had our 3 boys with us and she was also incredibly patient and kind with them. They even provided toys for them to play with which gave us some time to focus on what we wanted to purchase. We had purchased a west elm house only 1.5 years ago and already needed to replace it due to the poor quality. The couch we have now exceeds our expectations and the delivery process was also top-notch. We'll never buy a couch from another store again.
