"You can find some great deals if you shop here frequently. Most items are current items that can be found in retail stores, often between 40% and 60% off the retail store price. Items seem to come in at least twice a week and you never know what they’re going to receive so you have to check back often. Many items are floor or showroom models, and some items are brand new and have never been opened/used (such as the down duvet insert pictured). They won’t hold items or take payment over the phone so plan to drop in frequently if you’re looking for something specific. They also don’t deliver but can connect you to some reliable delivery people. I’ve used these delivery teams several times and they were very reasonable and highly professional."

"Great Customer Service! Store has lots of great West Elm and Pottery Barn stuff to buy for my home. The only advice I can give regarding a particular item one may be looking for is persistence. "Don’t waste your time going here. Limited selection of extremely overpriced floor items. They must be jacking prices up so they can mark them 40% off. I’m not joking they had plastic wine glasses PLASTIC for $50 a glass….but it’s ok they are 40% off."

"What a horrible experience. The store is very big and hard to navigate the items. The staff seemed bothered that we came in and interrupted their private conversation. They didn’t ask if we needed help or anything. They had 5 people behind the counter and nobody on the floor to help anyone or answer questions. We probably would’ve bought more stuff if we had help. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. Definitely not worth the hour drive. Ten out of ten do not recommend."
