"I purchased a very expensive sectional with power recliners and USB ports. Requested extra firm cushions due to past experience with leather sofas. Seems to me the pieces were manufactured at different locations since the cushions are Not consistent in firmness. And both usb ports no longer function. We have USB ports all over the house and cars never have any gone bad or worn out. Very disappointed since the sectional is a little over one year old. I contacted r and d and was told they would replace the USB port about two months ago...I’m still waiting"

"I've bought two couches from here. Both are complete junk. The first couch (leather match upholstery) started getting cracks around all the seams & would pinch your legs -and this started happening after just over a year. So I went back to this Christian business & complained. After a good long discussion where they didn't want to admit any fault, they said they would sell me another couch for a very good deal. So I bought the second couch (bonded leather upholstery). Well just over a year later the whole freaking couch started disintegrating & peeling away (pretty much exactly like someone else's picture on here). Seems to be a common theme here. Now granted, both couches were two of the cheaper priced ones they had in the store, but I still expect them to last longer than just one year (-especially the leather match couch with real genuine leather). After two bad couches, I know I definitely will NOT be returning for a third one."
