"Like most WFH-ers, I needed a good chair once it was clear WFH was my new normal. As a petite person, let's just say a good office chair is a struggleeeee! The majority of chairs that are affordable and decent come in a standard size that just doesn't check the ergonomic boxes for a vertically-challenged person. I also tried a few other chairs while there, but the Sayl fit me like a glove. Of course I was hesitant to buy it, but once they said I could bring it back and exchange it if it didn't work out, I was sold. They also said that they would order me new arm rests since the ones on the white and gray chair I liked were heavily worn out. I usually wouldn't write a review from a single sale experience. What's prompting me to write this review is the care and follow-up I received afterwards. Rather than making me drive to pick up the new arm rests, they mailed the brand new arm rests to me! They also followed up to see if I knew how to install them. I worked with both Mitchell and Taketo and never felt pressure to buy buy buy. It was more like, "How does this chair feel?" "If you are in need of a new chair and want a great deal on high end models, Taketo is your guy!! Ill be honest, I didn’t know what to expect going in but I was beyond impressed about the time Taketo took to show us the selection and explain the differences and features of each chair. He knows his chairs and is such a warm and kind individual. There was no pressure to purchase and he actually took the time to listen to my needs.
