Big Lots

"Big Lots has always been a place to go to find some really good deals. I'm unhappy that the Big Lots near me has closed down so I'm coming to this one. Unfortunately this one is not kept up quite as nice as some of the other ones. However I did find some really good deals and I will be back."

"The customer service/cashier gentleman Andrew was absolutely outstanding!!! He was so warm, welcoming and encouraging about shopping there. He helped with everything and had a great personality and skills. I would highly recommend him and sincerely hope that he gets suitably recognized for going the extra mile. Because of him it was a real pleasure shopping there today. Kudos to Andrew!!!"

"I come to this big lots more often. But this time I was shocked how the manager or the person in charge whos a tall husky built male responded to my mom. She went to use the restroom and she couldn't even use it because the restroom was FILTHY...so she told the guy and another lady who always has a sour looking face. He responded back with " are you going to clean it?" This is very uncalled for and VERY unprofessional. I need to get in contact with corporate I need to contact one of thier uppers . His response was very uncalled for. And his responsibility is to keep the restroom clean for the customers...!! His excuse was that the homeless went In to use the restroom. It doesn't matter if the homeless use it or not ..His responsibility as someone In charge is to keep this area clean. I'm very upset...very shocked..."
