"They posted a table and chairs on fb marketplace for $600 in Sacramento. So me and my wife called not once but twice to make sure they had it in stock and the price was $600, to which they said “yes it’s in stock! And if that’s the price it says, Then that’s what it is”… so after driving 2.5 hours from north of Reno to their Roseville location, they don’t have the table in stock, they hand us a torn up catalog to search for it ourselves, then after we find it, they say “ it’s $1399, but for our trouble, the best we can do $1299, and you can go pick it up at our warehouse”…the guy didn’t even apologize, even when I show them their own add online. I’m 30 years old, run a business of my own. I’ve never left a company a review in my life, but this takes the cake as the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, next call will be the BBB."

"BUYER BEWARE!!! where do I start. I bought a couch and when I got it home and unwrapped it was torn. I immediately reached out. 2 weeks of empty processes a bank dispute made them reach out. Employes were sent to remove the old piece. They didn't remove the legs and shoved it though the doorway causing damage to my door and door frame. while addressing it with the owner he began yelling at me and calling me a liar. I of course have pictures.Worst business I have ever bought from. I will be pursuing this further."
