"Long story short: I did all the work to transfer my membership to another location as no longer in California. No luck and no one seems to know anything about it. Now, I have been trying to cancel membership for a month now and management will not call me back. Definitely understand why there's a class action lawsuit against Massage Envy."

"Yikes! I made the mistake of enrolling in a trial 3 month membership which would roll over into a year long membership if not cancelled within the 90 days. I have made SEVEN attempts to cancel my membership before the deadline, to no avail. I called and they said I had to wait until the last payment was completed. I called after that and they said I had to cancel in person. In person they said the manager has to do it and isn't there, so wait for an email from the manager with the forms. No email. When I called they said I had to come in and do it in person. Then I was told that manager would definitely email. No email. Then I was told the manager would definitely call. No call. Round and round, with no end in sight. Today I was told (again) the manager will definitely call or email me today. They say the cancellation process can take up to 10 days, which is exactly the amount of days I have until my membership rolls over to a year long membership. Which I very definitely do not want. *EDIT* Looks like eight times is a charm. I finally got an email with the forms, had to print them out at UPS, fill them out, scan them, email them, and drop them off in person. Finally got an email confirmation a few days later."
