"PB, please improve your customer service. I've been a customer for many years and am extremely disappointed. I purchased a desk have been waiting three months for it to be delivered. The delivery date has been changed three times. I'm now told that it has shipped and will be delivered in 1.5 months! When I called to inquire about the order the customer service person seemed annoyed by my request to receive further information. No attempt was made to help me. Truly unbelievable."

"I love this shop. I always work with Joan and she is so fabulous. I shop for many people and I need to know when I am in a shop that I will get the best care and service. This Pottery Barn provides this and Joan is my go to. This trip I was looking for little tables and they have so many. Also the always amazing pillow and throw collection and I absolutely adore the candles and dishes and well everything!! There is almost always some good sale and check the clearance items. I am happy to say ive shopped here and always felt safe as the store is clean they offer safe distancing practices and still remain friendly and you will enjoy your experience. I can count on this Pottery Barn to know their stuff and to have a wonderful amount of product on the floor. Some things are high up and they will bring them down for you and not make you just wait and wait till you walk out like other shops. They have a great team here. Call ahead and schedule an appointment if you need some serious design help then you will get some undivided attention.
