"There actually isn't a location in Laguna Hills, I live 15 mins away from Laguna Hills. I have no idea why they use that location. However, no address. Just basic online shopping experience... NEVER BUY IF THERE ISN'T A SOLID LOCATION, OR CONTACT INFORMATION. I think they may be some sort of drop shipping COMPANY, this is why they do not need to have a physical address. It also saves them from angry customers from hunting them down lol. . They seem legitimate, however when you place your order, you will have a hard time getting through to someone for assistance. The 800 number is a hit and miss. Sometimes they will just hang up on you. It's really weird. So, unless you have the willpower and manpower to sit and deal with everything from billing, shipping, and receiving go for it. It's a shot in the dark. I still have no idea how the refunds are issued. Not many reviews on here, not the internet. If you look at their website, almost every product has exactly 2 reviews with 5 star ratings. It's a real business, real people, but it can get very ugly for you, especially with delays, wrong item delivered, and refunds. I honestly don't think they have a customer service person/department."

"That 5 star must surely be an employee. I am straight up telling you this is the worst place. The customer service reps sound like they're work outside...I heard live chickens in the background on one of the many calls....read the descriptions because they are all gibberish or not the correct item..I feel like it's a scam. This place is HORRIBLE! Had to cancel order and now I am hoping they don't try and charge me anyway..that's the kinda company this seems to be! Don't be fooled by the pictures! .."
