"Awesome experience! I purchased a Human Touch Certus massage chair for my wife as a Valentines Day gift. During my inquiry Manny informed me that he had new models in stock, but also told me he had other options available which included some “Open Box” models which could save me almost 50%. My “Open Box” chair arrived at my doorstep 2 days later (over 400 miles away) and was in pristine condition. The chair was still in its original box which included the owner’s manual and warranty information. Between the instruction manual and of course YouTube, we were able to assemble the chair ourselves without any difficulties. Although it was still a big investment, I am very appreciative that Manny was able to save us well over $3k. Thanks Manny."

"The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with. I would have given them minus 5 stars if it was an option. Our sales person Orlis told my wife and I that we would receive a FULL refund if returned within 30 days. We return it in 7 days and after several days of phone calls and emails we still had not received credit back to my card. After filling a dispute with my CC company, I finally received an email from Bruce saying they are charging me a restocking fee. I emailed Bruce back & cc Orlis that Orlis promised we would receive a FULL refund. It's been over 2 weeks and they both cannot even give you the courtesy to reply back. RUN FROM THIS BUSINESS!!"

They are now three weeks overdue on delivery and are now shipping the chair across the county to their California location in order to ship it back across the county to me.... in Tennessee. This has been the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will lie straight to your face. I have now gone a month without a chair that I wanted to help with the healing of my broken back."
