"I have bought several mattresses from them over the last 6 years and have never had a problem until recently. Two months ago My husband and I purchased a mattress and bed frame from Mattress King for my son's Birthday. They told me the bed frame would be delivered 6-12-22 and installed. That date came and passed, I figured they were busy and waited a few days before I called them. When I called they told me they were under new management and couldn't find my order. I have been waiting for a manager to call my husband for two weeks! Today my husband called to follow up and was hung up on multiple times by a female worker. At this point I feel like I have been scammed! They ripped us off! My son is a sleeping on a brand new mattress on the floor! This is unacceptable . Do not go here! They will steal your money! They will not call you back. This is very unprofessional"

"I bought the mattress and it’s frame on May 8 2022 I was promised it would be delivered in 3 days but it was not when i called a lady answered the phone and said wait you will get it. I said ok as you guys see at the receipt attached the delivery guy was supposed to set it up as well but he denied setting it up, I call Andrew ( store Manager) but a lady picked the phone and talked with the delivery then the delivery guy left the house without saying anything I called back and the lady told me if you call me again i will call police on you. Then I went 20 miles to their store and show them the receipt the lady said it’s not my responsibility talk with Andrew you bought it from him I said ok then the other day i called Andrew he said i will call you back I wait for him for 9 days he didn’t call me. When i call again the lady picked up the phone i said Andrew promised me to come and set up my bed She said don’t call any more Andrew is no more with us. I have her voice she treat me that she is going to call police on me Any suggestion please today is June 2 2022 still waiting for them, i wish i could have reach their Supervisor or owner of the company"

"I had such a great experience with Joe and everyone at Mattress Kings, very pleasant and helpful. I was very confused as to making a decision on a Mattress as I have lower back problems, Joe was very helpful in helping me select a Mattress that works for me. I am so happy with my selection. When you spend a lot of money on something like a mattress you want to make sure you're getting a good fit. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends without a doubt"

"I wish I could give them a negative because 1 star is being generous! Terrible customer service! If you have to deal with Janelle good luck. She has the worst attitude and every word out her mouth is a lie! I rather not have furniture than deal with these people again! Update 8/2019: Saddest part about this company is that all the people who had bad experiences and left reviews, received even more negative feedback from the fine folks at this store! People can see on their own now what type of people they would deal with if you give them your business. And as an fyi, they were over 2 hours late and never had the courtesy to just update us as the customer. No way to run a business. Very sad. Their response will be sent to BBB."
