"Worst service ever. I have been coming to this store to get some coffee since 2015 or 2016. All of those Croissant and English muffin breakfast sandwiches were sold out. The Indian cashier swiped my money like he's having an aggressive day whenever I pay for the items. And don't even get me started on that drunk homeless person appearing out of nowhere right outside of the front entrance asking you either exact change or buy him an alcoholic drink whenever you encounter him on numerous occasions. Avoid it at all costs and please save your money and time."

"Don't tell customers their cards are declined when your system isn't working. Admitted systems were down, claimed they were back up, made me try three different cards and each was "declined". Went to another 7-11 and charge went through on first card first try. Announcing a customer's card is declined when it's not, especially in front of a crowded store, is bordering on slander. You should train your people better to avoid lawsuits"

"I have been coming to this location for over 10 years....the store have showed some improvement on keeping the inside clean! Great job. not so much the outside. Now you need to make some improvement on your coffee taste like is been there all night and not very hot."

"New manager is over pricing everything. App shows buy 2/3 or such and such not here anymore. None of the deals are honored here since the new manager took over. It's the most expensive 7/11 in the bay area now. He ruined this store. I now drive to the one on Lawrence even those this is right next to me"

"24 hours. Guy locked the door as soon as I pulled up. Wouldn't look at me or open the door. Had coffee and food in his hands. I've been Coming here for years and this has never ever happened it's been 18 years now I've been coming here and I mean here and this new guy is always rude and now this"
