"I’ll admit, great quality furniture, but low quality management. Hires people off the streets to do your moving, I worked for him, he tried to get one over on me on one of our deliveries by underpaying me, we had our words and I left. It was even to the point police were involved. He gave staff his credit card to gas up his truck. Before our exchange he had given it to me. We had both forgotten about it while arguing. The next day I text him saying “hey I have you’re card, you can stop by and grab it at anytime.” After that I was threatened with the owner John saying “if my cards not here in 20minutes I’m filing a police report.” I felt uncomfortable going to his shop as he was acting irrationally, so I had asked him to meet me with an officer. John never showed up and next day I had a nice key scratch across my driver side door. Shady dude, and shady delivery!"

"We had an excellent experience at Wood & Nails. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient with us as we designed a set of couches. We are trying to be more conscious of where our things are made, and the items we chose were made here in California. There was a delay in receiving due to covid - understandably - and Jeff provided creative solutions so we were not left in a bind. Our couches arrived and they were absolutely beautiful. The delivery service was great. We went back and bought a leather chair for my husband's office. The next time we are looking for a high quality piece of furniture we will stop into Wood & Nails."

What a find!
