"Very disappointing store hours report closes at 6 PM daughter super excited to look for a vanity for her room showed up at 5:50 to find the doors locked and a young gentleman at the door pointing to his phone showing 5:52. Had the door been open we could’ve at least simply asked the question. Do you have any vanities for children’s room, instead we left with my daughter almost in tears because they closed early. The question was Daddy why do they lie? They said they closed at six and it’s not six but they’re closed. This may just me being oversensitive because it happened to my daughter, but nevertheless, change your hours if you’re going to close early!"
"It’s cute store, a lot of cool stuff bit prices omg! Everything is ridiculously overpriced. I don’t understand the comments that say otherwise."
"I love browsing through the store. I think they have the best consignment collection. Sometimes the prices are a bit steep but nice deals are plenty."
"Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Called about leather Couch and chair we wanted to sell and they told me to send pictures. So I sent pictures and a lady named Becky said bring it in, so we went and rented a truck went to the drop off zone and there was a short older woman with short grayish blond hair that we were finally able to track down. Asked her what the next step was and she sent us to the front to see Becky. We walked to the front, Becky greeted us (one of the two nice employees there), asked us to hold on she would be right with us. So we sat down on a couch waiting, and another tall thin lady with very short gray hair told us to go back to the receiving door and we would be helped there in an EXTREMELY rude manner. So we politely went back to the receiving door where the short blond lady precedes to yell at us because the other employee told us to come back and see her. She continues to be extremely rude to the point I walked away to go back up front to find another rep. At this point I am getting mad that I am getting yelled at but rude old women and tired of going back and forth to the front and back of the store at the bequest of rude people. I think your older ladies need to get a new job, their rude, unprofessional, and have no manners. This is anything but a professional store. The furnishings are nice there from what I saw but the customer service is lacking. I won't ever sell or buy furnishing from a place that lacks in professionalism. We decided to donate the two pieces to Savers in Dublin."
