"Beware. Unfortunately, I was taken in by a less than forthright proprietor at Trader's Emporium Antiques. I was sold a cabinet that had a significant but hidden termite infestation. When I informed the seller, Sue, of the problem, I was told this is a common condition and was more or less dismissed. Because of the significant extent of the problem, it seems very likely the seller was well aware of the problem and failed to disclose it. In either case she refused to refund my money or allow me to return the cabinet. Obviously no one willingly wants termite infested furniture?"
"This shop is a treasure! So many great vendors with a huge variety of antique and vintage items. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop for vintage treasures."
"Wonderful antique store. Eclectic assortment of dealers. Spaces reflect what they collect. Toys books furniture and much more."
"Went there today with my husband for a day out. I have a medical exemption for a face mask which I had to get from my doctor. I went into 4 other shops in the area and no other owners gave me a hassle over the exemption. The owners here were rude about addressing the issue. They didn't ask why I didn't have a mask. When I told them I had a medical exemption, they threw me out. They didn't get my business which is their loss. If I were breaking the law, I would have no problem with them asking me to leave, but I'm being discriminated against for health issues that make it so I cannot wear a mask. I guess Americans are still quite capable of discrimination in all its various forms."
