"I ordered a 10' x 10' canopy that I bought at Sam's & gave exact Model # with a photo of the manual. Wife & I spent over an hour removing the original canopy & tried to install Garden Winds & was not even close to fitting (sent photo's to verify). I was told the Model # I sent them was the same as Home Depot & even though same Model # made for different retailers???"

"It was ordered after six buzzards sat on the original and tore large holes in my canopy, which I fixed in the usual Southern way, using duct tape. A strong wind finally did it in. a replacement call to Garden winds with an email containing pictures resulted in a seven day delivery. It fits perfectly and I now keep my BB Gun loaded to scare off any further visits by the migrating buzzards."

This time there was a sale on the one I wanted, I bought it and was waiting for it to be delivered. The next day Garden Winds sent me an email saying they had accidentally overcharged me by not applying the discount and a refund was already in process. "This 10’x10’ replacement canopy you suggested according to the pictures we sent of the frame fit perfectly! We just got it out up. I like that it has reg grommets vent holes. If feels like it should stand up to try a weather here in Az. We did scotch guard it for weather protection since it gets so darn hot out here. Will be buying a second one to have on hand just in case the super winds we get try to take it away or rip it."
