"My husband and I recently visited this store because we are searching a reclining sectional couch and coffee table for our new home, but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to the incredibly rude behavior of the owner. Despite the store having numerous reclining couches on display, when my husband and I mentioned what we were looking for, the owner outright denied having any such couches, despite their obvious presence in the store. When we pointed out that there were indeed reclining couches available in the store, he became defensive and insisted that no one makes reclining couches. Which we are not able to understand because we were clearly seeing them in the store so why didn't he want us to buy them in the first place? This left us bewildered, and yet we attempted to express our interest in the available reclining couches and buying one that we liked, he angrily asked us to leave and began shouting for no apparent reason. Was he just rude and racist or what happened, we are still not sure? My husband and I were nothing but polite and courteous from the moment we entered the store. However, it was evident that the owner was more preoccupied with watching videos on his phone, appearing visibly irritated when we approached him with our interest to buy a reclining couch. We also expressed our genuine interest in purchasing a coffee table that we liked in the store in addition to the reclining sectional couch, we were met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. No idea why, seriously? It was truly shocking to witness such unprofessional conduct from someone who should be fostering a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere for potential customers. Our desire to support the business quickly dissipated in the face of such rudeness and disregard for customer service. I would strongly advise against visiting this store unless you're prepared to be met with hostility and disrespect."
