"They sell all floor display items only !!!- but they cheat you saying they will deliver brand new items, directly delivered from factory. I recently bought a sectional and dining table when the store manager promised to deliver brand new pieces and not floor pieces. I asked him 10 times whether he is going deliver floor display products but he said to trust him and he will send brand new directly from factory but not floor items which they kept for display. But end of the day they delivered store’s floor items which i could able to recognize with stains/marks that match with store items (which i took pictures) . He also said 1 year warranty but after they delivered the product they did not provide any documentation regarding the manufacture warranty. If you still like to buy from here then, think and bargain as if you are buying it from a garage sale - because you get the product which you see on floor - and no store responsibility after delivery and it is kind of used product because it was sitting on floor --- Reply for the Owner Response: Your reply proves my Point that you send floor Items not Brand new. It was then when I showed the proofs and a big aurgument you accepted to refund 600 (I made a mistake though by accepting it). Else it would have gone un-noticed and paid you in full. If the item is no longer available then you should have called me and let me know up-front. Instead you played your tricks. And FYI: I have no option left other than accepting 600. In the first place I would not even buy that item if i have chance. I did big favour to you guys accepting it. which saved your delivary costs."

"Really happy with the service I got here. I was looking for good bang for the buck and a place that had both the frame and mattress, and American Furniture & Mattress was the sweet spot. I splurged a bit on the mattress and got a Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top mattress, a nice wood frame, and nightstand, all for about $1500 with delivery and setup included. Setup was super fast and the delivery was on time. Brandon in the showroom was very patient and let me try all the mattresses and take my time picking out the furniture. Once I picked out everything Brandon worked with me to get the price down to something I was comfortable with. If I ever need more furniture I'll be back to take a look!"
