"Manager was great with providing a layout for the amount of seats and backs. Even provided store text to make sure our package and information were to be shipped and delivered, but as he didn't follow up, which we'd hoped he would as most customer service would after a large purchase of 15 Seats and 13 sides, the entire stealthtech (which still isn't working & would be 2nd tome they're sending the center channel to be replaced again and another sub) & 8 speakers 2 storage 2 tables 4 deep cup holders. Obviously, customer service isn't a main priority with this large of a purchase. At lease we were loyal and came back to purchase in store rather than making an online purchase. Well know next time should we decide to fill the loft for the kids as they get older. As for now the 2 4 seater bean bag and pillow will do. Will we come back, we'll see after the sub comes in and if things aren't fixed then it's an absolute NO. Otherwise we're in the middle just like the ratings."

"Excellent sales team. Very helpful and patient. Walked us through what we needed for our rooms and left us happy and confident. This is not cheap furniture but it passed all my checks and we knew roughly what bill we would be facing before going in, but regardless there was zero pressure on us.... we were an easy sale but the sales folks were so relaxed, cheerful and helpful it felt more like a partnership. plus my very large rear end didn't elicit even a hint of weakness in the furniture. First time ever for that!"

"Had a great experience at Lovesac. We went online and booked an appointment same day. We were the only customers in the store for our appointment which was nice. Our associate was very helpful and was able to show us photos of what our couch would look like. They were not pushy or sales-y in any way. I paid less than what i was expecting so overall it was a good trip. I cant imagine having a better experience at an Ashley Furniture, IKEA or Living Spaces."

"The setting up of the appointment was easy and staff were friendly over the phone. The text reminder was also helpful. Day of The appointment I arrived on time and waited outside for at least 5 mins mind you nobody was in the store and staff was on the phone. I even texted to let them know of my arrival. The showroom was nice and the guy was some what helpful. I applied for their credit at their kiosk and when checking out he says the system is down and can’t enter your card number. After being annoyed because he could have told me this before hand. He says he would email me the quote and I could stop by or call to complete the purchase. Long story short, never got an email I had to call and ask for it. When they finally emailed me the quote it was wrong. Was quoted different amount at the store then when I purchased. I believe I had to do most of the work to get the sale you would think for 5k purchase they would be better at customer service. I was going to choose a different brand of sofa but my spouse was the adamant one. The store manager April was very helpful but that was the only positive side to my experience of buying from the Valley Fair store. Never again, I would rather do online maybe they have better customer service."

"Literally, the best quality sectional couch you can buy. That said, they are not at all in expensive. The fabric covers come off, can be washed or even changed to another set. there are many ways you can reconfigure your sectional couch. The store carries a wide selection of accessories that work with a LoveSac couch. Great in-store service, I was even able to hire someone to put my 5 piece together. not hard at all to assemble but five pieces is a lot and they were able to get it done quickly and removed all of the packaging with them when they left."
