"Customer service and just basic courtesy is lacking in this store. I have an issue with 4 chairs I bought, I contacted the store. First time an employee said they would follow up and get back to me and he never did, then I called again and spoke with the manager , who was one of the coldest and unhelpful people I have spoken to in a long time. He again would not assist me and insisted I have to contact customer service, and that there is no other way they are willing to help me with the issue with the chairs. It’s been 2 weeks and still no response from customer service . Basically it seems they just don’t care about solving issues with their products, and just care about selling and that’s it. I will never step foot in that store, and I think the manager needs to get some training in basic customer service , and start learning about being proactive solving issues that can naturally come up. What ever happened to compassion and empathy . These people just don’t get it ."
