Family Dollar

"I loved the store when it first opened. The store manager catered to our community when stocking items that we use daily. But now they see long lines and one of the clerks go on break and leaves frustrated customers to the other clerk. Plus they close down the store a lot during the day for a good 45min or close early like they did Friday 12/18/20. They need a good manger to get on those employees especially at night. Felt bad for the ones that walked to the store thinking it was open . Last I heard the store closes at 10pm."

"As other reviews had pointed out... Dirty, dirty, dirty store, indoors as well as outdoors. Untrained staff, lacking in customer service and more knowledge about their inventory. Unfortunately it comes to no surprise since they're continuously hiring new employees but usually have only two employees at a time... Which makes it vulnerable when it comes to thiefs."

"It’s dirty outside and inside! They never have bags. They make money by selling the customer a family dollar bags. Someone can get hurt with all those boxes full of items that need to be stocked. They are lazy and bad customer service. You need a new manager because the one you have orders items that our neighbor hood don’t use. And maybe you should order 6mos worth of bags. So you never run out!!! The outside is full of trash! It’s disgusting!!!"

"The service is pretty great. The staff themselves for the most part, at least from my experience, are rather nice and seem to care about answering your questions. The products are there but if you don't find what your looking for it doesn't hurt to ask."
