"I would not recommend ordering from this company. I contacted them on numerous occasions and they rarely responded. They sent me a tracking link that was not active and found no record of the item. This link remained inactive for 3 weeks and they did not respond to my inquiries. Terrible customer service. I contacted afterpay and visa and finally got my money back."

"Purchased a chair here and the build quality is dreadful. Worse, I asked for a replacement and then a refund and “Barbara” in customer service went radio silent. Attempting to get the charge reversed. Complete dreck of a company whose idea of compensation is $71 off another shoddy chair."

"Update on my purchase. Within 24 hours of posting the original review stating that this was a scam, I finally received an email back. This is after 4 emails, 5 phone calls, and two attempts at their online messaging system. I was informed the product had been shipped and was finally given a shipping number. It did eventually come, over a month after ordering it. However, there was a tear in the leather, a scratch on a button and the metal on the arm was scratched up. I sent pictures to the company, and was told they were sorry and then they gave me 100 back; however, when asked if I could at least get a cushion without a tear in it, I was informed that would be sent to someone else in the replacement department and I have not heard back. Overall, I do love the chair, but I don't want one with a rip in it. And if this was a cheap chair from wayfair or amazon, I would accept it and move on, but this chair is over 600 dollars, and so I have a higher expectation. I know I sound like a Karen, however, I won't be ordering anything else from them and wouldn't recommend it unless you are okay with poor customer service and potentially damaged furniture from China. ***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM. I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT, CAN'T GET A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL RETURNED. WILL BE FIGHTING THE PURCHASE CHARGE!"

"We recently purchased a mid-century lounge and ottoman from Sohnne. The set arrived and assembly was required. It was relatively easy to do, but we did need to contact Sohnne to complete the project. The company was most responsive to our emails and a solution to our assembly difficulty was quickly resolved. We are most happy with the finished chair and ottoman. The quality of materials is quite nice. Shipping was prompt. We can recommend Sohnne."

"Don’t even know where to start from. 1. lack of communication after buying, you don’t get any kind of feedback regarding shipping, expected arrival, and other NORMAL stuff. 2. I have ordered some lamps and a sofa, first of all, they arrived from China, each in separate days, for the sofa I had to write the Support an e-mail, and surprisingly they have responded that they will keep me informed, but it didn’t happen. 3. Sofa arrived with different cushions than stated, and without the Ottoman, wrote to support and no words from them since. Refunding is almost close to impossible or not worth it, so it’s not worth buying in the first place. 4. All of the positive reviews here are FICTIONAL, wrote by them, with the same dates as well"
