"I left a detailed email on Jose’s online site about wanting a couch and loveseat upholstered. When two weeks had passed and I not had not received a reply, I went to Jose’s shop. I explained to Jose what I wanted done, he wrote down measurements and he promised to get back to me with a quote. It’s now another three weeks later and no response from Jose. My time is just as limited and important as his, I guess Jose didn’t want my business. I will never bother him again, and certainly would never recommend his services, wasted my time."
