"Waste of Time. Do Not come here for Vape products. I went in to buy my first vape a Xros 3. They don’t carry Vaporesso so now I have to switch. I ask the guy about the Smok brands, he has NO clue what they are. He wouldn’t let me hold/compare so I’m googling them in the store. I pick one, he quickly rings it up, “give me $50” I said I need the juice for it, the Nicotine. He says “HUH?”. At this point I’m out of time. He was on his phone playing a game or something. 12/14 around 2pm. Not being able to hold a $25-$50 vape is ridiculous. Do Not Shop here."

"I asked for a 3mg vape juice, and when I was offered a juice, it felt as if I was being rushed out the door. The girl at the counter was horribly rude, and then gave me a 35mg juice, giving me a surprise when I first inhaled it. Never had a worse experience buying such a simple thing at any smoke shop in Sacramento, this shop included. The usual guys are fairly nice/helpful, so If a girls at the front counter, proceed with caution."
"Visited this location 3 different times..... Know for sure at least two different people.... Every time POOR customer service.... Not friendly and they acted as if I was a bother to them just walking in the door..... Prices are just a little cheaper( that's why I gave 2 ★★'s). Like having a shop in town but no point if the customer service is awful!"
