"Ive been coming here for 4 years. Not that the onwer ever noticed. I bought i vape battrey for 25 dollars there a few days later it stopped working. I came back and asked if he could replace it. He looked at me all smug crossed his arms said no. Ive also seen the owner chase homeless away because he says they stink. I bought a charger once and it was one price when I came again for another it was 3 times the price. how this place got such a high rating I have no idea."
