"The store has a new owner and they are amazing! Great customer service from the moment I walked in. And the owner was happy to suggest new products and even gave me a free bottle of water which was very sweet. Will return!"
"The shop has a larger selection to chose from than other shops I’ve seen. A larger selection means taking a bit longer to look at the items. Considering it’s the customer that keeps a shop in business, one would think that common respect as that’s what customer service is about. The owner is disrespectful. If you are not his race and especially a female, he will make sure to cause the customer to feel like you are an inconvenience. He is always on the phone and when you walk in, it’s like he gets all agitated bc how dare you walk in to support his business when he’s on the phone. If you ask a question, he has an attitude that’s dismissive. His glass is poor quality and make sure to inspect before you buy bc theirs broken pieces in baskets still being sold. The parking lot is small and parking is extremely limited. I would go to another shop as his merchandise is poor quality and doesn’t give you receipts."
"Place is koo but if Khaled is working he is not helpful and if u look too long taking your time he gets frustrated and try to push you out...any other worker there is awsome tho but the owner really needs to talk to that Khaled guy about quality customer service!!!"
