"I happened to walk past this place on my way home not too long ago, and stopped in to get water (of all things!). lol I had tried the Burger King nearby, but they were only operating through the drive-thru due to social distancing. The owner of Tobacco Express was seated in the far corner of the store reading his news paper when I walked in. When I grabbed a bottle of water from one of the coolers and brought it to the counter, I couldn't help but laugh when he asked me with a subtle suspicion if I needed anything else. When I sheepishly responded with a simple "..no.. " , he paused briefly as if I had spoken a language foreign to us both; then, with what seemed a sudden insight into my own humorous perspective, he began laughing hysterically! This of course made me laugh even harder...and so we stood inside this store of his, laughing together over absolutely nothing in particular, and it was amazing. He ended up giving me the water free of charge, and since then it has quickly become one of my favorite moments shared with a complete stranger."

"I like coming here, it's a nice family run business with a laid back, friendly vibe. Every time I've come here whoever is working the register has been friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are pretty much average-, so I can't say how they stack up on cigarette prices tho, since I haven't bought any there yet."

"The Owner and his kids who run this smoke shop are the most helpful and coolest people ever. Always giving great deals on anything I've ever bought. I had bought a new Vape mod and it started having problems the next day, I took it in and she took a look at it and let me pick a brand new Vape mod device without hesitation. Always giving great deals on their e juices. This is my go to place, because I know they will help me and make sure I'm satisfied with my purchase before leaving!! "The foreign dude is friendly at first with greetings and small time stuff like that, but he shows the worst customer service when it comes to questions, like he makes you feel guilty for asking questions (yeah that type of service) He gave me the impression that he didn't want to waste his time and he had other things to do, like he was in a rush. On another note, the girl that works there (the daughter I believe), is MUCH more customer-friendly and actually took her time on helping me choose a vape/wax/herb burner for a fair price (shes the real MPV). I walked out a very happy customer after her and was more than glad to support the local shop."
