"I shop here often and have never had a problem like this before. I walked in today 12/12/23 9:54pm, right before closing. Different employee, an older man. I usually deal with Melanie. Shes great, and hepful. I purchased 7 Arizonas & 4 pks of Strawberry Clipper Cigars. I buy them all the time. As I emptied my bag, I noticed 4 Clipper pks, but 1 pk had NO CELLOPHANE at all, & 1 pk has partial CELLOPHANE. I called the store, of course THEY'RE CLOSED!!! You can't even leave a message. I will go in tomorrow when they open. The open packs they sold me, NEED TO BE REPLACED, PERIOD. I don't know if they have been tampered with, or who/why they were opened."
