"Went in for a gift for my father. My wife and kids with me. They dont allow kids so my wife stayed outside. Ended up buying a humidor. $90. When I walked outside my wife said he (my father) just got a new humidor a couple years ago. I went directly back in. Not even 5 minutes. They would not give me a refund or at least exchange. Now I know there are policies like this for a reason but in this situation I think they should have done something.. I would not recommend a business that doesnt put its customers first. This establishment does not. And furthermore, they directed me to a sign that said no refunds or exchanges and a list of what that includes and humidor was not on it. So, Not customer first and doesnt even stand by their own posted policies. Dont give them your money."

"I've always been provided great service here by the staff...they're helpful and kind. Prices are competitive although their stock isn't as large as some other stores. Also, staff's knowledge of cigar stock varies widely by the staff member. That said, I'm gladly a repeat shopper."

"I have manually packed and my wife and my own cigarettes since November of 2017. I go here to get our empty cartons of tubes and tobacco. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as most of them do the same. I bought my Premeir II cigarette packing machine here. Their prices are fair. they have an excellent cigar humidor with hundreds of brands and flavors to choose from. This is one of the best laid out cigar and smoke shops I have ever been in! They have cigar clippers, incense, packs for cigarettes and an assortment of vape modules. They also have handblown hookah assemblies for a very reasonable price! They run a good shop here I definitely recommend to any smoke or looking for a good local place to shop for their tobacco needs. Keep up the great work guys and gals!! -Bobby Opp"
