"Visited this location for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. All the staff was very welcoming right as I walked in and the only reason I had to wait to be seen was due to not having an appointment. Everyone who had an appointment was seen promptly so I will make sure to try and get an appointment next time but even with the wait it was still significantly less than other urgent cares. The NP, Hayley Wise, was very sweet and thorough with explaining what I had going on. I will be returning to this location in the future!"

"I visited Cottage Urgent Care in Very Montalvo Center. The staff was awesome from start to finish! Reception was very understanding and explained they were busy but would call me in when ready which happened very quickly. Linda checked me in and did an initial look at my injury. She was very compassionate. Alison was the doctor who worked with me and my injury and concerns. Also very compassionate and very efficient I felt very comfortable and my concerns were addressed so I was put at ease. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!"

"I woke up with a terrible sore throat that resulted in losing my voice. I scheduled a 9am appointment at 5am that same day, when my throat woke me from being so sore. Ricardo was at the front desk, very professional and efficient. Jessica was my nurse, (she mentioned she was filling in) she was extremely patient with me while taking a strep test that I had to take my time doing. Which she was so accommodating. She was knowledgeable, sweet, kind and made me feel very comfortable, yet she was professional as well. The PA Ali was knowledgeable, thorough and sweet. I was told great things about this urgent care, but this was my first time visiting. I had the best experience. I almost feel nervous if I ever have to go back. Nervous, my experience won't ever equal up Thank you Ricardo, Jessica, and Ali!!! I appreciate your time and excellent care. This place is a Gem!"
