The institution also offers resources such as a quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) to help parents choose the best early childhood education for their children.
Additionally, MAOF operates the Skill Center in Bakersfield, providing vocational training in Business Service Occupations at no cost to Kern County residents. Founded by Latino civil rights leader Dionicio Morales, MAOF continues to support children, parents, and seniors in fulfilling their mission.
