"I brought my 16MO and 3YO to this location for 3 days of back up care and had a wonderful experience. Emily, who works front of house, was professional, friendly, and communicative. The teachers were SO on top of things, communicated well with me during drop-offs and pick-ups, and demonstrated care for both me and my kids. I will put my kids back in this facility in a heartbeat. Bonus: low ratios, y'all! It's not a guarantee, but my 3yo was 4:1 and my 16MO was 3:1 or 4:1! Doesn't get better than that!"
"Our kindergartener attended this back-up child care center when her school was closed. I couldn't speak more highly of the experience. She said she had an 'AWESOME' time, was sad that I picked her up before their closing time, and asked when she could go back. I thought the staff was exceptionally welcoming, engaged, and safety-conscious. The facility has a ton for the children to do. I also saw the preschool group and all the children looked very happy and busy with activities."
"All three of my chicken love the bright horizons backup care in Palo Alto! We have tried a few other back up care options and this is by far the best! It's completely out of our way but we make a point to send the kids there because it's so fantastic. The teachers are so kind and accommodating. The facility is beautiful and the kids never want to leave! I'm so happy we found this option, it's so helpful when we need back up care!"
