About Us
KidStrong Livermore is a science-based kids training program located at 1959 Second Street in Livermore, California. Our goal is to help parents raise strong, confident, high-character kids through a comprehensive curriculum focused on character, physical, and brain development. Our age-based classes are 45 minutes long and incorporate movement and fun to empower kids to learn more effectively.
Our program is designed to improve mental development, problem-solving, creativity, physical literacy, strength, and general athleticism. At KidStrong Camp, kids will make lifelong friendships, learn new skills, build confidence, and create unforgettable memories. While we can't promise superhero abilities, KidStrong is a structured and fun program that supports whole-child development.

Our parent-focused approach, certified coaches, and modern facilities set us apart from other kids' programs. He used to be scared to go down slides at the park and now slides down them telling me he is strong , brave and he can do this! "Absolutely love this place! Our kiddo has so much energy and it’s the perfect place for her to release all of it. Our daughter started going at 18 months, and she’s developed so much confidence and strength. Each month there’s a new curriculum to learn. All of the coaches are professional, and handle the kids with kindness and patience. They all have high educational degrees and see the benefits of exercise and child development. It's a positive environment where the kids learn to share, work together and even learn a little sign language. If you're unsure about it, they also offer a free first trial too. "I love it here! I have both my children in the Livermore location and the coaches and staff is amazing! I love that they change activities every month and that they give challenges and homework to the children to help them mentally and physically. The coaches are great with special needs kids. My son has some challenges and the coaches are so supportive of him as well as me. 10 out of 10 recommend this to families with one or more children who want some physical and mental exercises for their children"
