"My son has been going to Mrs. Song's for the past two years since he turned 2. Before he started going, I was concerned that he didn't talk much and would need speech therapy, but a few months later, he started talking a lot more (and now non-stop). He interacts with many kids at Mrs. Song's and even made a best friend. Mrs. Song puts in a lot of effort for the kids to do creative activities as well as learn the basics of numbers, alphabets, etc. I'm impressed at how much my son has learned (he can add numbers in the hundreds) and enjoys it. I also appreciate how Mrs. Song points out behavior issues and gives me advice on how to help my son. I would highly recommend Mrs. Song’s for the following reasons: -very good price! -quality care from multiple staff -trilingual (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) -nutritious, homemade food -interaction with many kids -quick responses and good communication with Mrs. Song"

"Our Son started to go to Mrs. Song after he turned two years old. Our whole family felt very blessed and fortunate that we found Mrs. Song. Our Son was loved and well taken care of by all the staff and Mrs. Song. We know he is having a great time because he always has a smile on when we pick him up and never has an issue when we drop him off. He would ask us in the morning if he is going to Mrs. Song. That is always a good sign and we love that he enjoys it. He would come home and tell us the fund songs or activities he did at Mrs. Song. Mrs. Song goes over and beyond with her daily activities. Activities are both fun and provide a great level of learning. I am constantly surprised by all the things he learns from Mrs. Song's activities. My son tells me all the time how much he loves the scientific projects that they do. Mrs. Song daycare provide breakfast lunch and snack, which is a huge help and makes things that much easier for parents. she is also a great communicator: She will provide the meal menu weekly and sends us daily updates along with pictures of our son. Kids are always smiling and having fun in those pictures and those just make my day =) This is a great family daycare that you can trust your children with."

"Gratitude, heartwarming, caring, emotional support, happy growth and lots of activities are the words appears in front of me when I think of this Family Day Care center. It's more than a daycare center, it's part of the family. We sent our one and half year old daughter to Ms. Song a year ago and starting from day 1, it's such a relief for mom, dad, grandma and grandpa. It's our first daycare for our daughter. She only cried for 2 days, not even one week, and then started to enjoy this place and made a few best friends. It's true that during COVID pandemic period we were hesitating to put the kid in a school environment, but the benefit outweighs the risk by multiple folds. Ms. Song has medical background, more than once, we have consulted her during the brief moments at pick up and drop off for the kids. She has a genuine love for babies and you can see that in the smiling interaction with your kids. Kids loves her. Even at home, she was dream talking about Ms. Song! We have another young baby we would like to send to Ms. Song's if we were not moving. You won't regret to put your kinds in her center. "We love Mrs. Song's daycare! Very fortunate that we settled with Mrs.Song's daycare when we were searching for the most suitable place to put our then 2 year's old toddler during the peak of the pandemic. We visited about 5 places around the Castro Valley/Hayward/San Leandro area and decided on Mrs. Song's daycare for many reasons. Mrs. Song was easy to talk to, very understanding of our concerns with COVID and caring of a shy toddler whom was home most of the time due to COVID. Mrs.Song offered two site visits, one of them allowing my toddler to tag along so he was able to get familiarize with the place before drop off. On the first day, Mrs.Song sent us numerous updates and pictures to keep us posted of the progress and adjustment, that eased all the anxiety I had after dropping off my son. She was so informative and encouraging as my toddler was adjusting to the environment. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided with many academic activities throughout the day. My son loves Mrs.Song and the staff there, you can see it from the smiles on the pictures that Mrs. Song shared. This is the hidden gem in the East Bay for a home environment daycare that you can trust."
