"Palm Academy has been the best choice we’ve made as a family. From the beginning Ms. Ruth and all of the teachers made our family feel welcome, loved, and at ease to leave our first 8-month-old at daycare. Fast forward she is now in the TK class and thriving academically and socially. When I had a second baby it was such an easy decision to bring her to Palm Academy to the infant class. We love all the staff and can see how much they all care about the children! I have to make a special shout-out to Ms. Ruth, Ms. Li-Ping, Ms. Sasmita, and Mr. Christopher who have consistently been there for years and have helped my children grow!"

"Love love love!! So satisfying to have my kids (toddler and TK) at Palm academy. The teachers are very caring. My kids love the food here - They have variety and always very kind to share additional evening snacks. Specially recommend Sasmita ma’am and Ms. Sheila for the TK session. My daughter’s learning curve has way beyond excelled. A lot of times she has surprised us with what she has learnt and knows! Totally, love it! I am definitely having my kids continue here in the future too! Thank you Ruth Ma’am for your amazing team!"

"Update: the director, Ruth also threatened me saying if I do not take this review out, she will file “child abuse” complaint against me and my husband and will terminate both my children right away! She dismissed both my children without any notice, she said if you do not remove the review, both the children needs to picked up right away! She also did not refund the tuition fora by of children. The director, Ruth is ABSOLUTELY IRRESPONSIBLE! she behaved nice before having both my children. After both my children got enrolled, she started behaving completely irresponsible! -She and her driver forgot to pick up my 5 year old kindergartener from the school. That was the first day at school and my daughter was so afraid. -Another child continuously bullied my daughter and one day cut her hair, the other day cut her skin with a scissor but she did nothing ever after I placed multiple written complaints. Rather she said it was an accident. -No good teacher stay in this place because of her behavior! There is a new teacher almost every month. She hanged up phone during the conversation multiple times. Today, I missed a call from palm academy, and called back to know did anything happen to any of my kid? She said very rudely, I didn’t call you. I don’t know. Just Check the app and hanged up while I was still talking. After that I called her multiple times from my phone and she didn’t receive. When I called from my work phone/ unknown number, then she received right away! After she realized it’s me she said I can’t talk right now and hanged up again! Later I realized that my 1 year old has 102 F fever. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY ENEMY!"

"4 of my kids are currently at Palm and all have been here since they were infant. My oldest is now in 5th grade and still enjoys going to Palm after school, so do her younger siblings 3rd and 1st grader. My youngest is in the toddler class with Ms. Nicole and Ms. Karen and is happy every time we drop off and pick him up. We are grateful for the teachers at Palm for taking good care of our children. They are very kind, patient, and loving. We highly recommend this facility to other families."

"We sent our son to Palm Academy for both the infant class (when he was 10 months old) and the toddler class (until he was 2 years and 3 months old) when we decided to move out of Fremont and to a different city. We had a great experience at Palm and all the teachers that he had were loving and took great care of our son. The toddler class has a very interactive and fun curriculum (the teacher shared with us the weekly teaching plans); the meals are diverse with different kinds of food, and the school has a nice outdoor play area. Our son made great friends and ask to go to school even during the weekend."
