"My Grandaughter was injured 3 times in one months time and when I called after my daughter leaving from the building the staff director Paula had a very bad attitude from the beginning of the conversation with no empathy for my granddaughter when is only 1 yrs old an cannot talk to tell us who hit her in the mouth she had a swollen lip twice and they allowed her to fall out of a 6 foot high chair in which she had a knot on her head the size of a golf ball again no empathy an no explanation no report just sent her home early because one of the employees is abusing children I would not recommend anyone to take thir child ti this place..."

"BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! The staff at Pittsburg Kindercare is AMAZING! Everyone is very caring and attentive to the children. It has taken a load off to know that my children are in well capable hands. I love getting videos and picture updates throughout the day, everyday! They also call you to update you on your child's progress and find out any concerns you may have. My babies are happy at Kindercare. This is our first year and it has gone beyond my expectations. Thank you Kindercare for being a tremendous blessing to families in the community!"

"Please protect your children from KinderCare I had a horrific experience with this place. My son was in that place an he would always have a bit or a scratch they never took care of my poor baby I feel so angry at myself, I should of took him out the first time he was hurt I would always asked an explanation and they would say it was another kid and they would not do anything about it, they thought with a letter it will fix my sons bite. He would always had a diaper rash and return him dirty too my poor baby I really encourage you took look somewhere else. I am so glad I found Kids Castle my son doesn't cry he's really happy and learning. Those people that give a five star rating to this place are people that don't care about there children they only care they have a place to stay for that they can go to work. PLEASE DON'T LET THIS PEOPLE MISS TREAT YOUR CHILD."

"I rarely write reviews. But for something as important as childcare, I think it's important to let other parents know my experience. I submitted a web inquiry, and I just got a call back from the owner who completely lacked any sense of professionalism and desire to make a good first impression. After sounding annoyed that her response email to me did not go through, she asked "So...what can I do for you...?" Her tone was unkind and short. In that brief 1 minute phone call with her, I knew that I did not need to waste my time setting up a tour of the daycare, as I would never want to leave my child with someone like that. I replied that I was all set and did not need to schedule a tour. She responded, "Oh...is that right? Uhh, ok, cool." What kind of caretaker (and owner, much less) speaks to a potential parent/customer like that? I still went to the school and found it dirty and poorly managed! Please stay away."
