"I called to explore day care options for my twins due in March. She was very dismissive and short and rushed me off the phone, refusing to answer my question about possible availability and pricing. She ended the call abruptly, asserted she had someone else on the line. The call was only 45 seconds.... very poor customer service. Only gave a star because google required it!"
