"*WARNING* This car wash broke my electric rear view mirror!!! I followed the posted instructions and had my rear view mirrors folded in. The manager took pictures and asked me for quotes for the repair. She said she sent everything to the General Manager. I called and went back to the store over a dozen times in the course of 3 months, and never got one call back or an email. Then The manager was apparently transferred to another store, and the new manager said she was working on it. After another two months still no response. I finally called corporate, and have now called on 5 occasions now and still no callback or response. They say the supervisor will call within 24 hours. What a joke! Time to let everyone know…"
