I spoke to Mr. Steven Sayler this morning about a landlord/tenant issue and he graciously took the time to listen to my situation and confirm that I am moving in the right direction. He also offered me clear, specific steps on how to proceed should the case end up proceeding to small claims court. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to feel like someone wants to genuinely help with no strings attached. The funny thing is, generous attitude makes me want to hire him, and I certainly will should the time come that I need a real estate attorney."

"Steve has to be the NICEST lawyer I have ever spoken to. He took the time to give me advice and guidance on a situation my husband and I are currently undergoing. It has to do with consumer rights and it was not his forte but he did offer advice because in the past he had a client that went through something similar. I thought it was very admirable of him to take a phone call from a complete stranger and offer help. Thank you so much Steve. I am so very fortunate to have called you and spoken to you. Not to mention I called at 4:58PM. His office closed at 5PM. He could have told me to call back the next day but instead he sat on the phone with me for ~30mins. Then his closing sentence was—“please call me when this is all said and done and let me know it went well. I enjoy good news.” It was heartwarming. God bless you Mr. Steven C. Sayler."
