"Terrible service! I’ve purchased many products here and today, I was sold a defected product that was leaking everywhere once it was opened. When I called to ask if I can exchange or even get a refund, the man on the phone said that all purchases were final. He explained that I was supposed to test the sealed product after purchasing it inside the store to make sure it wasn’t defected. Which i refused to do because it meant I had to take my mask off inside a business where there were other customers near me! THERE’S A PANDEMIC GOING AROUND IN THE WORLD! I wasted my money on this place! DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY SELL DEFECTED PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT EXCHANGE NOR REFUND!"
