"They sell cigarettes and I buy their cigarettes. Not much to it. The cashiers are nice and friendly. Always say hello and make small conversation. One little comment is that - as I remember - they still have the 3 person per store COVID rule (and we now know those rules neither helped nor had any basis in science). However, I may be wrong, it may be the case that the owner simply doesn't want a crowded store. In which case, I respectfully accept his/her decision. To shorten an unnecessarily long review, great people & a great store."

"Really poor staff. I came on this place to buy 2 pack of cigarettes with 2 bags of 11 quarters each. A Cashier, a guy whose job is to count the money refuse to my cousins asking for me to count in front of him. I felt ofendend because I am dark skin and he has white skin. I’ll never go back to this please again. As you can see on the pictures they were cashing out other customers but my money they did not take. I was counting in front of them till they asked me to leave. I never been so humiliated. Pictures: The girl is the manager who refused to count my money and support the guy with the glasses who is the cashier that first refuse to count my money. Only quarters simple. Is all on their security camera as well. #karma"

I enjoy being greeted by the friendly & knowledgeable staff who always provide me excellent service. A family owned and operated tobacco + shop on the edge of the Westlake mall. Featuring Cigars, lighters, vapes, knives, whimsical glassware & ashtrays, and much more. Seriously a Great place to find unique or one of a kind gifts for anyone. More than 20 years at this location, so they must be doing something right."
