"I ordered a zoologist perfume and it arrived professionally packaged. with the perfume I also ordered samples of other brands that I follow and know well, including the onestar memoir and koala by zoologist. The problem is that the samples are not right and I feel a bit cheated like I ordered koala but in reality it is musk deer instead of the onestar memoir they gave me sundowner now I understand that the samples are free but..... besides that everything perfect, I hope it won't happen again in the future.☹️"

"While I've never been to Ministry of Scent in person (I hope to someday!) I've ordered from them online. They're by far my favorite fragrance retailer. They have incredible customer service with a personal touch, and seem to genuinely love helping people build their collection. They also have the best curated selection for my personal taste. I'll admit that I'm small potatoes with my little sample orders and very infrequent full bottles, but because they're so nice to me, I will always go to them first when I do want to pull the trigger on a full bottle. He went as far as to pick out an entire array of perfumes that matched our personal tastes.
