"Definitely not the place to go for visitors. The guy was very rude & dismissive. Told me he was the only smoke shop in Santa Rosa that follows the rules so don’t question him. He said I could go to one of the other smoke shops down the street if I didn’t wanna buy a box of cigarillos for $16 to meet his $7 minimum when I only needed one back. My first time in Santa Rosa… at least I can say he was the only rude person. Everyone else here has been really sweet."
